Thanks for your question! You can either upload your logo by clicking the blue "Customize Design" button on the product's page or you can email it after you place your order to sales@hittrophy.com. Either one is completely fine with us. We have roughly 3-4 days processing time on our orders that need engraved and then the regular ground shipping time to Houston is 3 business days, but if you need it sooner then you can always choose an expedited shipping service during the checkout such as 2nd Day or Overnight shipping. Regular Ground Shipping is free on that item because it's over $100, but expedited charges will be extra. If you didn't need engraving, then we could get it to you much quicker and could actually have it delivered to Houston in just 1 or 2 business days.
