We are working on implementing a new Design Studio that will be far more interactive for customers and easier to use. In the mean time, we have our current Design Studio which is pretty much a blank template where you can add text, select fonts and upload any logos that you may have. Just add your information there, design it however you like and we will receive it when you place your order. Once we receive your order, then our Art Department will create a Digital Proof for you to review. You can email them back with your approval or any revisions that you may have. If you have any revisions, then they'll make a new proof for you and will not engrave your item until you give us your approval. If you're good with artwork and have an artwork program that you'd like to create your own artwork, then you can do that too. Just place your order with us and then email us at the sales@hittrophy.com email address that is in the top left hand corner of our website along with your order number. Hopefully that answers any questions or issues you may have, but again, just know that we won't engrave your item before we get your approval.
